You really have to talk with a Microsoft Licensing Specialist in order to get pricing as there are different pricing models for different types of organizations. But, I found this great Web site called the SharePoint Price Calculator that will give you cost estimates based on the number of employees, number of Web Front Ends, number of servers, and number of SQL Servers.
